Full course description
This course provides a conceptual foundation for understanding and applying key ideas from core areas of the science of organizational behavior. Topics covered include effective leadership behaviors, social perception processes, personality differences, attitudes, motivation, and teamwork processes. While the emphasis is on fundamental concepts, students should immediately be able to use insights from the course to enhance their effectiveness on the job. Course lasts four weeks, and includes an estimated 8 hours of work.

Learners will receive 2 PDH for completion of this course.
