Full course description
This course introduces frameworks involved in training employees and provides an understanding of how learning is promoted in organizations. Students will gain an understanding of the learning principles that are applied in training design, the appropriate training methods given specific training objectives, and the evaluation criteria that are used to assess training effectiveness. Course lasts four weeks, and includes an estimated 8 hours of work.
Currently cohort-based, self-paced option coming soon.
Learners will receive 8 PDH for completion of this course.
