Mastering Workplace Resolution: Conflict to Collaboration is a dynamic, skills-based course designed to help professionals navigate and resolve workplace conflicts effectively. Through engaging modules, participants will explore the root causes of conflict, learn essential communication techniques such as active listening and constructive language, and apply proven resolution strategies based on the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Resolution Model. The course also emphasizes proactive measures, including fostering a culture of trust, implementing clear workplace policies, and using feedback to prevent conflicts before they escalate. Whether you're a team member, manager, or leader, this course provides the tools and confidence needed to create a more collaborative, respectful, and productive work environment.
The course will be broken into four modules covering:
- Understanding Workplace Conflict
- Communication Skills for Conflict Resolution
- Conflict Resolution Strategies
- Preventing Future Conflicts
Learners will receive 3 PDH for completion of this course.
